Additional Fees

  • Drop-in visits include care for up to two dogs. Each additional dog is $5 per visit, with a maximum of four dogs per visit.

    • Drop-in appointments for over two dogs require an hour booking request to ensure I have plenty of time to walk and provide care for each dog briefly.

  • Dog walks include one dog. Each additional dog is $5 per walk, with a maximum of two dogs per walk per visit.

  • Overnights include care for up to two dogs. Each additional dog is $10 per night, with maximum of 4 dogs per overnight stay.

Payment Dues Info

To reserve your requested dates and secure your pet's spot on my schedule, half payment is due at the time of booking, and the other half is due three days before the service date.

As a solo sitter, I only take a limited number of clients to ensure each pet receives the time and attention they deserve. Requiring payment upfront helps me keep my calendar organized, reduces last-minute cancellations, and allows me to plan my time around confirmed visits. This also ensures fairness for all clients by honoring the first-come, first-served nature of scheduling.

All payments must be made securely through your Time to Pet client portal using a valid debit or credit card. I do not accept cash, checks, or payments outside the platform for the safety and transparency of both parties.

Holiday Info & Fees

Holiday periods are among the busiest times at Alicia’s Pawsitting LLC. To meet demand and ensure top-quality care, the following dates incur holiday rates:

  • Easter Weekend (Fri–Sun)

  • Memorial Day Weekend (Fri–Mon)

  • Independence Day Weekend (Fri–Sun)

  • Labor Day Weekend (Fri–Mon)

  • Thanksgiving Week (Wed–Sun)

  • Christmas Week–New Year’s Day (Dec 23–Jan 1)

Holiday pricing is automatically applied and visible at booking in the Time To Pet app. Cancellation policies differ for holiday services—please review the cancellation policies carefully before booking.

Additional Holiday Fees

  • + $5 per visit for 30-, 45-, and 60-minute services applies

  • + $25 per booking every three nights for Standard and Premium Overnight services applies

Key Pick Up/Drop Off Fees

To ensure smooth service and minimize last-minute issues, I kindly request that clients provide two working keys during our meet-and-greet—one for daily use and one as a backup in case of lock malfunction.

If keys are not provided in advance, a $20 fee will apply for each trip needed to pick up or drop off keys outside of scheduled visits. This helps cover travel time, fuel, and scheduling adjustments while keeping your pet’s care on track.
