I offer professional dog sitting services that prioritize your pup’s comfort and well-being at home:
Drop-In Visits - I offer flexible drop-in visits in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute increments to make sure your pets are cared for while you’re away. Visits include fresh water refill, potty breaks, feeding (if requested), treats (if allowed), playtime, and plenty of love and attention. This service covers care for up to two pets, with a small fee for additional pets.
Dog Walking - I provide dedicated one-on-one dog walks in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute increments. Walks are tailored to your dog’s pace and needs, giving them exercise, potty breaks, and fresh air—all with plenty of attention and care. This service covers one dog at a time, with a small fee for additional dogs.
Standard Overnight (7 PM - 7 AM) - I offer overnight care in your home from 7 PM to 7 AM to ensure your dog has companionship and comfort throughout the night. This includes evening and morning feedings, potty breaks, and lots of love, so your pup can stick to their normal routine. This service includes care for up to two dogs, with a maximum of four. An additional fee applies for each pet beyond the first two. This service doesn’t include a mid-day walk or drop-in, but you’re welcome to add either on at the standard rate for extra care and attention.
Premium Overnight (24 hours) - This service provides 24 hours of care in your home, giving your dog companionship, routine, and comfort throughout the day and night. Your pet will enjoy feeding, potty breaks, walks or playtime, and plenty of attention. Please note, I may briefly step out for short intervals to attend to other pet clients during service. Care includes up to two dogs, with a maximum of four pets total; additional fees apply for each pet beyond the first two.
Each visit is personalized to your dog’s routine, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and right at home.

At Alicia’s Pawsitting LLC, my focus is on your pets’ care, comfort, and well-being. While I help maintain a safe environment, certain tasks aren’t included, such as general housesitting, deep cleaning, yard work, errands, home maintenance, or care for animals outside adult dogs and adult cats (puppies and are case-by-case). When in doubt, just ask—your pets’ safety and happiness come first!
-
Yes! Puppies and cats (adult only) are accepted on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $10 fee per visit. I’m most experienced with adult dogs, and because young pets require extra time, supervision, and attention—which can increase liability—acceptance depends on my ability to safely meet their needs.
-
Yes. All dogs and cats must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (as required by law). Dogs also need DAPP/DHPP, and cats should be current on FVRCP.
To keep all pets—and my own dog—safe and comfortable, I require that pet(s) be on flea and tick prevention. Before booking, I’ll confirm your pet’s treatment plan to ensure a healthy environment for everyone.
Vaccination records must be uploaded before booking—for safety and liability reasons, unvaccinated pets cannot be accepted.
-
Your home’s security is a top priority. We require two working copies of your house key at the Meet & Greet, even if you’re using a garage or keypad code—just in case of a power outage or malfunction.
Keys are stored securely, labeled using a coded system that protects your privacy.
If you’d like your keys returned after services, a $20 fee applies for each pick-up or drop-off. To avoid repeat fees, we recommend keeping a set on file for future visits.
Rest assured, your keys will only be used for authorized pet care and are never shared or duplicated.
-
Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. During extreme weather—such as temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F—outdoor time may be shortened for your pet’s well-being. In these cases, I’ll provide a brief walk or potty break, then spend the remainder of the visit indoors offering play, enrichment, or calm companionship. I also recommend booking drop-in visits instead of walks during temperature extremes.
-
For everyone’s safety, no one else is permitted in the home during scheduled visits or overnights—this includes owners, guests, family, contractors, or friends.
If someone is present, services will be canceled, and full charges will apply.
This policy protects your pet's routine, maintains clear boundaries, and ensures liability coverage stays intact. It also helps me provide focused, uninterrupted care in a calm, secure environment for your pets.
-
Yes. Prices, terms, and policies are subject to change without notice. If there’s a significant change, clients will be asked to review and re-sign the updated service agreement.
-
Your pet’s safety is my highest priority during severe weather like major storms, hurricanes, or extreme temperatures.
If conditions prevent safe care or travel, I will first attempt to contact you and your designated emergency guardians.
You are required to have a minimum of two emergency guardians listed within your Time To Pet app.
If you and your guardians cannot be reached, I will use my best judgment to ensure your pet’s safety, which may include seeking temporary shelter or alternative care.
During extreme heat or cold, outdoor time will be shortened to protect your pet’s health, with more indoor play and companionship provided instead.
-
All payments for Alicia’s Pawsitting LLC services are securely processed through Time To Pet. I do not accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, or other payment methods.
Half booking payment is due at the time of booking with the remainder being due three days prior to service date. This helps secure your booking, reserve your time slot, and limits last-minute cancellations, ensuring I can provide reliable care for your pets.
This policy applies to all bookings.
-
To respect everyone’s time and ensure the best care for all pets, I recommend canceling as early as possible if your plans change.
While my cancellation policy is designed to be flexible, last-minute cancellations can impact other clients since appointment slots are reserved just for you and your pets.
You can find the full cancellation policy on both the Policies page of my website and in the Terms of Service agreement you’ll receive and be required to sign before booking services. Reviewing these details helps avoid misunderstandings and keeps scheduling fair and smooth for everyone.
-
Yes! After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed report through the Time To Pet app, including notes, photos, and any important updates about your pet’s day.
-
In the rare event of a pet emergency, I will contact you immediately. If I can’t reach you, I’ll follow your emergency contact instructions and seek veterinary care if needed. Your pet’s safety is my top priority.
